As a nervous patient I can say that the team at Coast are amazing, very friendly, no rush and they really listen to you and spend time explaining any treatments and options you have. Highly recommend and so pleased to have changed to dentist where I feel confident in the service.
Just joined this fabulous dentist, the staff are really kind and patient friendly, they gave me great advice and am so pleased I have joined them. They also look after my young child and the prices are fair. I highly recommend them. Fab dentist!
Coast Dental Health are just the best! My experiences with them have been outstanding, from the Receptionists to the Dentists and Hygienists, everyone is so professional, friendly and kind! I wouldn't go anywhere else and would strongly recommend them to anyone, especially if you are a little frightened of dentists! They really do an exceptional job in getting to know you as a person and allaying all your fears. Keep doing a great job CDH :)
This is without doubt the best dentist I've been to. And over my 5 decades, I've been to a few. Clare and Jo are reassuring, fun, capable and make the experience a pleasure not a chore. Well, as much as having someone drill into your mouth can be a pleasure of course! The way they remember little details from one 6 month check up to the next is fabulous, and it makes a difference. As someone who trains people on service and engaging with customers, I can definitely confirm that this team gets it.
I have now been attending Coast Dental for about 11 years from when they first opened, Jo & Kim and all the team are friendly and make you feel entirely at ease. I have never been frightened of visiting a dentist but I can imagine that if you are a nervous patient then the team here would look after you in the best possible way. I have recommended them on a few occasions and will continue to do so.
Cant recommend this dentist enough. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Made me, my husband and my children feel at ease every time we visit. Never had a problem getting an appointment and when you get there a bit early, the wait is comfortable and welcoming! Well done to the Coast team.
Best dentist in the area in my opinion, always happy, helpful , friendly and very professional . I can’t recommend them enough. The practice is very clean and tidy with a nice comfortable look to it, it’s very relaxing and not like a normal dentist waiting area. They have a life long customer with me.
Since I was a child l’ve had a fear of dentists! I never would have believed that I would ever walk out of a dentist and feel better than I felt before going in. I have just finished an appointment with Nadeem and Lauren (I usually see Darja and Kelly) at Coast where I had 1 major and 2 minor fillings. It is hard to believe that the dentists at Coast can make me feel so comfortable I can fall asleep in the chair. I would recommend this practice to anyone especially if like me you have a fear of dentists. Thank you Coast for being so professional yet so friendly.
I had a really excellent experience at Coast Dental Health, the hygienist was so helpful, taking time to talk through the best practise I could take with regard to my own dental health, giving advice and tips, and did a brilliant job, the dentist was was kind and cheery and positive and also explained everything clearly. The staff in reception are also helpful and friendly. I moved to South Coast last year after all my life at another dentist, nowhere near the same service. I only wish I had moved before.
A very professional and friendly practice! I was seen as a non registered emergency with Claire for a very painful infected wisdom tooth. She put me at ease, understood my pain (in the past I have felt brushed off and not taken seriously), she got to the cause of the problem and has set up a treatment plan for the future. The practice overall was very clean and tidy. I am excited to continue my dental journey here.
